Raising Independent Thinkers in the Age of AI

Parenting, Choice, Growth & Learning...What does it mean to support a young person without deciding their path for them?

In this conversation series, Rosy and Apple explore how parents and educators can help young people discover their strengths, develop independence, make meaningful choices, learn through detours and challenges, and use AI as a tool for growth, not a substitute for thinking.

Growing up doesn’t always follow a straight path. In this workshop series, Rosy and Apple explore how young people discover their interests, make choices, build independence, and gradually find their own direction, with parents and educators learning when to guide and when to step back.

From creative projects and setbacks to changing goals and AI, the conversation looks at how we can support young people without planning every step for them, helping them build the confidence, judgment, and ownership to keep learning and creating on their own.
